Estimates and pricing

A usable price can only follow a site visit, because cost depends on size, excavation, base condition, drainage, access, materials, and site constraints. An estimate we issue is valid for the period stated on it and may be revised if conditions differ from what was assessed.

If conditions beneath an existing surface turn out to differ materially from what could be seen during assessment, the scope and price may need to be revisited with you before work continues.

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing, in a way that does not identify a customer or a precise address without permission. If you would prefer your property not be photographed, tell us and we will respect that.
